4-Hour Guided Skiff Trip*
If a sight-fishing guided trip on a skiff sounds like fun, this trip may possibly be it!

I am a USCG Certified Captain & Licensed Guide in Connecticut & Rhode Island. My season starts in May, pursuing striped bass during the Spring cinder worm hatch, and ends in October during the Fall Migration.

You'll be guided out of my 17’ Mitzi flats poling skiff which can accommodate up to 2 anglers (400 pounds combined weight). Please see Skiff Info section below.

Sight-fishing will be the focus. In my opinion this is the most challenging way to fish. I must warn you though; it is technical, but, when it all comes together, it is the most rewarding type of fly fishing! On the way to the flats, we may make a few casts to hickory shad, striped bass, bluefish, a sea robin, bonito, or an albie!

Casting ability is a must! As it will make for a more pleasurable experience!

The use of top-notch fly-fishing equipment from Cortland, TFO, Orvis, Tibor, and Abel are provided but don’t hesitate to bring you own!
